I’ve personally done the cleanse once now and I am excited to share that I lost 3 pounds in 3 days.  I have friends who have lost up to 8lbs!! What Is It?
The Shakeology® 3 day cleanse is meant to jump start you in your fitness, break a plateau, or shred pounds fast and effectively in a healthy way.

The Plan
3 Shakeology® Shakes a day
2 cups of green tea a day
1 or 2 pieces of fruit a day (optional for those needing additional calories)
1 salad for dinner (only white grilled protein in salad)

3 Day Breakdown
Start: 1 cup of green tea
Breakfast: Shakeology®
- 8-10 oz of water & ice Optional: 1/2 cup of fruit
Snack: 1 piece of fruit
Lunch: Shakeology®
- 8-10 ounces of water & ice ONLY
- follow up with 1 cup of green tea
Snack: Shakeology®
- can be had here or after dinner
Dinner: Salad
- greens, 3 servings of vegetables plus 4 oz of grilled white meat (poultry or fish), 2 tbsp of non dairy dressing

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER: 64-128 oz daily
ABSOLUTELY NO DAIRY (no almond or rice milk)
